Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

Location: Cincinnati, OH - 45219
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Schedule: 3x12s – Nights (36 hours/week)
Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr. on W2

Position Overview:
Seeking adaptable, clinically strong RNs for the Float Pool. Must be comfortable working across units and delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Respond effectively to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.

• Active RN license (Ohio or compact eligible).
• Acute care experience required.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Assoc.)
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
