Job Title: RN – Modified Care Unit
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI, 53051
Duration: 10/27/2025 – 01/23/2026
Shift: 3rd Shift (19:00 – 07:30)
Schedule: 3x12 hrs/week, 36 hrs/week; 12 hr nights; every other weekend; float as needed; no on-call




Required Skills & Experience

  • Cardiac Telemetry Care experience.

  • Experience with diverse patient population including MI, CHF, COPD, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and patients needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment.

  • Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of a minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.



Education

  • Associate’s degree in nursing – Required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing – Preferred.



Licensure & Certifications

  • Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating NLC state.

  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or AHA approved equivalent – Required.

  • AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers or AHA approved equivalent – Required.



Job Summary

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.

  • Deliver competent nursing care to a primarily adult population.

  • Perform functions adapted from ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).
