Job Title: RN Medical Surgical (Float Pool)

Contract Type: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend | 4th Shift Required Monthly
Hours/Week: 34.5 | Unit Census: Avg. 30 | Unit Beds: 34
Staffing Ratio: 1:5
Hourly rate: $57/hour (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)

Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who delivers safe, competent, and high-quality care based on nursing theory, evidence-based practice, and organizational standards. This role focuses on comprehensive patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient experience, quality & safety, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BSN preferred; ASN accepted with experience or BSN enrollment.
• License: Active NYS RN License (Required)
• Certifications: BLS (Required)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years RN experience Required
  • At least 2 years Med/Surg experience Required
• Technical Skills: EPIC experience highly preferred
