Job Title: RN – Cardiac ICU
Location: New York, NY 10016
Duration: 05/05/2026 – 08/08/2026
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 days/week, 11.5 hours/day, 34.5 hours/week, no on-call
Pay Range: $73-$77/hr.
Work Setting: Cardiac ICU (Acute Care Hospital)
Requirements:
- Critical care experience (minimum 2 years)
- IV insertion skills
- Phlebotomy skills
- Conscious sedation experience
- Background check and standard compliance
Education & Certifications:
- New York State RN License
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Primary Source Verification
- IV/Phlebotomy experience
Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac ICU setting, managing critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver critical care nursing to cardiac ICU patients
- Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy
- Administer and monitor conscious sedation
- Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards
