Pay: $60/hr - $68/hr
Position Overview

As an In-Store Registered Nurse – Immunization Specialist, you will champion our mission of “Helping people on their path to better health.” You will deliver life-saving vaccines — flu, COVID-19, MMR, and beyond — directly to the community, while upholding the highest standard of compassionate, patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer a full range of vaccinations (Flu, COVID-19, MMR, etc.) safely and effectively, following clinical best practices and company protocols.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and warmth in every patient interaction — be the trusted face patients rely on.
- Collaborate seamlessly with store teams and healthcare partners to deliver smooth, efficient immunization services.
- Adapt quickly to changing guidelines and community healthcare needs.
- Lead with purpose — motivate and inspire support staff, fostering a culture of care, energy, and commitment.
- Uphold all safety protocols; PPE provided to ensure your protection and the community’s well-being.
Core Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state, territory, commonwealth, or District of Columbia.
- Minimum one (1) year of recent nursing experience, with direct immunization experience strongly preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Strong clinical competency in medication administration and patient care.
- Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you’re a people-first professional who leads with heart.
- Flexible availability — shifts may vary based on community demand.
