We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse I – Critical Care Float Pool to join our Tulsa team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care across multiple critical care units, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The float pool offers the unique opportunity to broaden your experience, collaborate with diverse teams, and support patients in varied high-acuity settings.

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient status, interventions, and progress accurately.
- Contribute to unit and hospital performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid Oklahoma RN license (or multistate compact license).
- Minimum 6 months of RN experience (new grads welcome; critical care orientation provided).
- Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
