Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care
Location: Pompton Plains, NJ 07444
Duration: 1 year contract
Schedule Notes: 7 pm – 7 am Must be able to commit up to 3 shifts per week.
Note: Hours are not Guaranteed.
Payrate: $54/hour on w2.
Note: Non-Taxable Per Diem is also provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Essential Duties:
- Performs direct patient care activities in support of patient care delivery and team concept.
- Provides competent and appropriate nursing care to the population of the unit.
- Interprets and documents telemetry monitoring strips accurately keeping attending Physician informed of ectopy.
- Manages patients on high-risk intravenous cardiac drugs and understands the implications of treatment and assists with elective cardioversion. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates with the Telemetry Technician individualized arrhythmic parameters for the patient’s condition to ensure correct alarm settings are set.
Requirements:
- 1-year related experience
- RN NJ state license or multistate license.
- BLS - AHA
- ACLS - AHA
