Job Title: RN ICU / NICU / PICU
Locations: Los Angeles County, CA
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Nights, 12-hour shifts)
Pay Range: $3000 - $3300/week. on W2
Note: Stipend is also provided to the candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Job Duties (RN – ICU / NICU / PICU):

Job Duties (RN – ICU / NICU / PICU):
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill infants, children, and/or adults in the ICU, NICU, or PICU setting.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions including vital signs, hemodynamic status, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and specialized treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, case managers, and allied health staff) to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond rapidly to emergencies, performing resuscitation and life-saving interventions as needed.
- Active California RN license (unrestricted).
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU / NICU / PICU experience (hospital or clinical setting preferred).
- BLS certification (current).
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
