Job Title: RN – Ambulatory Clinic
Location: Manitowoc, WI 54220
Duration: 10/20/2025 – 01/22/2026
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week
• No weekends
• No on-call
• Any color scrubs (not provided)
• Excellent communication skills (clear, professional communication with patients and team)
• Strong clinical competence – solid triage skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Experience
-
Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations specific to the area of employment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-
At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
Education
-
Associate’s degree in nursing (required).
-
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
Licensure & Certifications
-
Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
-
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider, or an AHA-approved equivalent.
Job Summary
-
Provide therapeutic patient and family-centered care in an ambulatory clinic setting as part of an interprofessional team.

Collect and assess patient health data to develop, execute, and evaluate plans of care.

Utilize evidence-based practices to drive clinical decisions.
-
Establish care coordination goals and strategies across settings with patients, families, and care providers.
-
Ensure safety, effectiveness, and fiscal accountability in planning and delivering care.
-
Delegate and supervise care in accordance with the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.
-
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assume responsibility for professional development.
-
Responsibilities include:
• Patient care coordination
• Direct patient care
• Patient education
• Telephone triage / eVisits
• Assisting with in-clinic minor procedures -
May float to other areas as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
