Shift- 7:30 PM-8:00 AM
Pay - $60/hr - $65/hr.

Required Education:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Required Certifications & Licensure:
  • Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License with Primary Source Verification
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in acute or post-acute setting
  • Physical assessment
  • Medication administration
  • Wound care and infection control
  • IV therapy
  • Post-operative care
  • Patient education
  • Telemetry monitoring
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • EPIC EMR experience
Job Summary:
  • Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provides direct bedside care to pre- and post-surgical patients
  • Prepares, administers, and records prescribed medications
  • Performs clinical procedures including dressing changes, catheter insertion, and IV initiation
  • Monitors patient vitals and reports adverse reactions
  • Operates and adjusts medical equipment as needed
  • Collaborates on discharge planning and patient care coordination
  • Educates patients and families on procedures and post-care instructions
  • Maintains accurate patient records and documentation
  • Adheres to established nursing standards, protocols, and best practices
