We are seeking an experienced RN – Flu Vaccine nurse to join our team to provide comprehensive, high-acuity patient care. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in structured weekday schedules and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Provide direct bedside care to patients in pre- and post-operative stages
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage IV therapy
- Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy with precision and care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and charts
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care coordination
License and Certification required:
- Active RN license in New York State
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Med/Surg or clinic settings
- Proficient in IV insertion and phlebotomy
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
