Initial Duration: 3+ months (can go much longer term)

Pay Range: $60 - $68/hr. on W2

Shift Time: 7:00AM – 3:30PM & 11:00Am-7:30PM (8 hrs 5 day’s in a week)
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN – Flu Vaccine nurse to join our team to provide comprehensive, high-acuity patient care. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in structured weekday schedules and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
 
Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Provide direct bedside care to patients in pre- and post-operative stages
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage IV therapy
• Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy with precision and care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and charts
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
• Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care coordination

 
License and Certification required:

• Active RN license in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Med/Surg or clinic settings
• Proficient in IV insertion and phlebotomy
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
