Duration: 90 Days (July 21, 2025 September 13, 2025)
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Patient Ratio: 6:1
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry or LTAC experience in a hospital setting

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN will be responsible for delivering care in accordance with the Nursing Process, State Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, leadership, and the ability to supervise support staff effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care tailored to individual patient needs

• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure patient safety

• Delegate appropriate tasks and oversee support staff

• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

• Plan and anticipate patient care priorities efficiently

Requirements:

• Active Texas or multistate compact RN license (must be attached to resume)

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association and attached to submission)

• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care

• Familiarity with central lines

• Preferred: Wound care experience
