Job Summary:
- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action.
- Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
Skills:
- Required Skills & Experience: -Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.
- Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/A
Required Education: -
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program.
- Preferred Education: -Masters degree in Nursing.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- RN License. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- -AH BLS.
