Location: Lafayette, LA
Duration: 3 months+ with possible extension
Shift: 8HRS – 7 am to 3:30 pm. Blocked booking available upon request.

Requirement:
- BLS / ACLS / NIHSS – Required
- The current license to practice as a Registered Nurse State is required.
- Need candidates above 65 miles from Lafayette, LA.
- 2+ Years Cath lab experience is required
Job Description:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures including verifying consent, performing pre-procedural assessments, and administering medications as needed.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall status during procedures.
- Administer conscious sedation and support patients throughout procedures.
- Assist cardiologists and other team members during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and pacemaker insertions.
