Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department
Location:  Hackensack, NJ 07601
Duration: 3+ Months contract (Possibility of Extension)

Schedule Notes: 7 am to 7:30 pm (3*12) hours shift. Every Other Weekend Required. Holidays as needed. Float within facility.
 
Pay range: $55/hour to $60/hour on w2

Note: Non-Taxable Per Diem is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Job Summary:
  • Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs must be ready to care for patients when they need us most.
  • In addition to providing specialized and innovative services, we need our ED RNs to be equipped to handle an array of emergency situations for patients of all ages.
  • Our Emergency Department (ED) nurses are trained in dealing with a variety of trauma situations requiring quick and decisive actions.
  • Ideal prospective ED RNs must be able to quickly and accurately assess incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions and be able to prioritize their injuries and medical needs accordingly.

Licensure & Certifications:
  • NJ state license or multi-state compact license – Required
  • BLS - Required
  • ACLS - Required
  • PALS - Required for paediatric ER only
  • NIHSS
