Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Telemetry
Location: Santa Clara / Santa Rosa / Richmond / Vallejo, CA 95403
Contract Duration: 3 Months+ (Possibilities on Extension)

Shifts: 7 pm – 7 am Night
Pay Range: $2500/week - $3300/week (Stipends included)
 
Job Duties:

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Continuously assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergency situations using advanced nursing skills and critical thinking.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
   

Requirements:

• Active California RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Telemetry unit.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (must be AHA approved).
