Need Description:
Unit: West 6 Med/Tele.
Number of beds: 40.
Shift: NIGHTS - 12HR: 7P-7A. 36 and 48 hours available per week. 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Willing to block rotation as requested (for example, 2 weeks shift A and 2 weeks shift B (rotating), 4 weeks shift A and 4 weeks shift B (rotating), etc.).
Required Experience: 1 year recent experience in acute med surg/tele. 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non U.S. candidates.
Preferred Experience: 2 years recent experience in acute med surg/tele.
Required License and Certifications: Active NY RN license, AHA BLS
Contract Duration: 16 weeks.
Charting: EPIC.
Misc: Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule. Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed. Required to float to other units if needed. Must be willing to work charge. Highland will train if needed. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
