Job Title: RN – Medical/Surgical
Location: West Bend, WI 53095
Duration: 06/08/2026 – 09/10/2026
Shift: Day Shift – 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Schedule: 3 days/week, 12 hrs/day, 36 hrs/week, Every other weekend required, Float as needed, No on-call required
Schedule Notes:

• 12 hour day shifts
• Float as needed
• Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any
• Fit Test required
• Color Vision Test required

Work Setting: Medical/Surgical / Inpatient Hospital

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred

Education:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Current Wisconsin RN License or Multi-State Nursing License from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Provider or AHA-approved equivalent

Job Summary:

• Provides nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient Medical/Surgical environment
• Demonstrates competency in care delivery for primarily adult patient populations following ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice

Duties:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
• Deliver direct patient care in an inpatient Medical/Surgical setting
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment in patient care delivery
• Adhere to nursing standards, policies, and hospital protocols
