Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Pay: $68/hr

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s healthcare team in Wildomar, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality critical care in a Level II Trauma inpatient setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

• Unit Name: Inland ICU
• Trauma Level: Level II
• Setting: Inpatient
• Documentation System: Other than Cerner
• Number of Beds: 18
• Patient Population: MICU, SICU, Trauma
• Patient Ratios: 2:1
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient status, interpret data, and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Administer medications and manage advanced life-support equipment.
• Accurately document all care and interventions.
• Float as needed to Rancho ICU/PCU, Inland PCU, or ED holds.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Preferred: Experience in MICU, SICU, Trauma, Neuro units.

Certifications (Required):

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

Certifications (Preferred):

• TNCC
• CCRN

• Floating Required: Yes
• On-Call: Not Required
• Weekend Requirement: Minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• May be required to float to Rancho Springs Medical Center.
