Job Title: Travel: RN LTAC Nights
Job Location: Louisville, KY 40202
Job Duration: 3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Night Shift, 7:00PM - 7:00AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care using the Nursing Process per Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to anticipate and provide safe care.
• Delegate and supervise care based on staff competencies.
• Maintain current clinical competencies via continuing education.
• Demonstrate leadership in patient care planning and implementation.
• Provide care for complex patients, including those on ventilators and with tracheostomies.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC).
• Ventilator and tracheostomy patient care experience.

Certifications (must be through the American Heart Association):

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
• BLS (Basic Life Support).

License:

• Active Kentucky (KY) RN license (must be submitted with resume).
