Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): Every other weekend required

Call Requirements: no

Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience

Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience.

Floating to any IMC at the organization, patient ratios 1:3 in IMC.

Education & Certifications Required:

Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request) :ACLS, NIHSS

Number of Beds:32 (20 Medical 12 Neuro ICU)

Patient Ratios: 1:2

Equipment:

EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience,

Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience

Type of Patients on Unit: This 20 bed Medical Intensive Care Unit in a tertiary care and teaching institute. Patients cared for on this unit are primarily those with medical complications related to sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, DKA and others.
