RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Summary:

• Our Cath lab team performs emergency and elective angioplasty and provides various therapies such as drug-eluding stents, Electrophysiology, pacemaker implantation.
• Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with current licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.

Required Education & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required.
• BSN - Highly desired.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required.
• NIHSS, BLS & ACLS – Required.
• Recent acute care experience - Required.

Required Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum one year monitoring diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology studies experience.
• Knowledge of micropace would be helpful.
• looking for someone who is willing to help educate staff at facility.
