Job Duration: 2-3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift Length: 12 Hours; Hours per Week: 36
Payrate: $56.00/ hr. on w2

Job Summary:

• The Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN Tele) performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with the standards set by the State Board of Nursing.
• The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status through ongoing collection and evaluation of clinical data.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide health teaching and counseling to patients and families.
• Deliver therapeutic and restorative treatments to support patient recovery.
• Monitor patient therapy and treatment plans.
• Document patient care according to hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Delegate and supervise care activities when appropriate.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient evaluation and treatment planning.
• Refer patients for additional evaluation or specialty care when needed.
• Float to other units within competency if required.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 Years of RN Experience in MS/Tele.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice.
• BLS – American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
