This is a request for a 13 week contract.

Shift is 0700-1630, 4 days a week. Day off rotates.

Total hours 36 hrs/week. NOT 40

Call shifts are required. I weeknight call a week 1630-0700 and 1 weekend (48hrs) every

6 weeks or so.

Float Requirements:

Low census, team members may be asked to help on other units for 1:1, but that is not regular.
