Travel: RN Tele/LTAC Day
Job Overview:
The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and telemetry setting. This includes using the Nursing Process in accordance with the California Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The nurse must demonstrate:

Leadership in care planning and delivery

Clinical competency through continued education

Effective delegation and supervision
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective nursing care

Maintain clinical and technical proficiency

Prioritize and delegate patient care appropriately
-
Supervise assigned personnel (LVNs, CNAs, etc.)

Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:

Experience:
-
1 2 years minimum required (2 5 years preferred)

Must have ventilator and tracheostomy experience

Licensure & Certifications:
-
California RN License (Must be active and attached to resume)

ACLS & BLS Certifications (American Heart Association only must be attached to submission)
