Pay Rate: $65/hr. on W2

Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
 
Job Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and telemetry environment. The nurse will apply the Nursing Process in compliance with the California Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, clinical leadership, and ongoing clinical competency.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care.
• Maintain clinical and technical proficiency relevant to the LTAC and telemetry setting.
• Prioritize and delegate patient care appropriately to team members (LVNs, CNAs, etc.).
• Supervise assigned nursing personnel ensuring quality care delivery.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Minimum of 1–2 years nursing experience required; 2–5 years preferred.
• Must have hands-on experience with ventilator management and tracheostomy care.

• Active California RN license (must be attached with resume).
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association (must be attached with submission).
