Position Summary:
As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse at MinuteClinic, you will be a key part of a clinical team focused on accessible, high-quality care. This role emphasizes vaccination services while ensuring a positive, safe, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer immunizations and injections including (but not limited to):
- Influenza
- COVID-19
- TB test placements
- Obtain and record vital signs
- Assist with emergency care in collaboration with onsite providers
- Perform front-to-back clinic operations:
- Patient registration, intake, and checkout
- Waiting room management
- Appointment scheduling and reminder calls
- Chaperoning during sensitive exams
- Prepare clinic and waiting space for optimal patient experience
- Contribute to delivering excellent, patient-focused care
Required Qualifications:

Experience in:
- Administering immunizations/injections
- Vaccine counseling based on current evidence
- Documenting in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Taking and recording vital signs

Certifications:
- Active LPN/LVN license (unrestricted, U.S. jurisdiction)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED use
- Must be able to pass FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in:
- Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings
- Using EPIC EMR system
Education Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program, approved by:
- A state agency, or
- NLNAC (National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission)
