Location: Aiken, SC 29801
Duration: 3 months+ (with possible extension)
Schedule: 6:30 to 17:00
Shift Days: 4x10 hour shifts, days will vary depending on need.

Requirements:
- Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) – Required.
- A state professional registered nurse license or multi-state compact license is required.
- BLS is required.
- At least one year of OR experience is required.
Job Description:
- The operating room nurse is responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative
- procedures; department admissions to the operative suite.
- Adheres to standards and appropriate aseptic techniques.
- Consults and coordinates with team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans.
- Serves as a communication liaison to patients, families, and member of the operating team.
- Prepares the operating room for the patient and surgical procedure.
- Assembles equipment, supplies, and ensures equipment is functional, and supplies/implants are available.
