Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours: 36/week (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week)
Job Summary:
The LPN provides nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, documenting patient status per federal and state regulations, and participating in the interdisciplinary care team.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized interdisciplinary care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications according to established standards and policies.
- Monitor and report patient/resident outcomes to the Assistant Clinical Manager or Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate documentation following unit procedures and federal/state regulations.
- Participate in ongoing education and maintain LPN practice competencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining scope of practice.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a state-accredited Practical Nurse program.
- Licensed to practice as an LPN in North Carolina.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication, reasoning, and basic mathematical skills.
- No prior experience required; ability to follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.
Hours & Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts, 3 days per week, totaling 36 hours.
