Job Title: RN Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Locations: Woodland Hills / Los Angeles / Panorama City / Vallejo / Vacaville / Richmond / Fremont / Antioch / San Jose & Oakland, CA
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: 7pm - 7am (Night)
Pay Local: $70/hr - $75/hr W2 (Negotiable)
Pay Range: $3000 - $3500 per week
Note: Stipend is also provided to the candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Job Duties:
- Deliver comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting.
- Continuously monitor and assess patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families throughout the care process.
Requirements:
- Active California RN License (unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (acute care hospital setting preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (NIHSS preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with ventilators, titratable drips, and advanced cardiac monitoring
