Shift: Schedule is 4 days/9hr shifts Monday – Friday.
Day off will be either Tuesday or Wednesday – candidate’s choice.

Pay Rate: $37.14/hr. on W2


Position Summary:

• This is a full-time, temporary/contract LPN/LVN position requiring floating between two clinic locations in Cape Coral and Estero, FL.
• The role includes administering immunizations (COVID, influenza, TB), obtaining vital signs, assisting with patient intake and checkout, supporting emergency care, and contributing to overall clinic operations.
• Candidates must have an active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license.

 
Experience:
Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience administering immunizations and injections and providing evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
• Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must have minimum 1–2 years immunization + COVID & Flu vaccine experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
• Previous experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record.

 
Education:

• The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
