Duration: 3+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay Rate: $34.12/hr. on W2
Position Summary:
The RN Case Manager employs a collaborative approach involving assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy to coordinate services that align with an individual’s benefit plan and healthcare needs. Utilizing effective communication and resource management, the Case Manager supports optimal, cost-effective health outcomes for patients.

- Case Management Certification (CCM) preferred.
