Job Title: RN Stepdown
Location: New York, NY
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Every Other Week (EOW), 3 days/week
Hours per week: 34.5 | Hours per day: 11.5
Pay Rate: $58/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse, a Registered Professional Nurse (RN), delivers safe, competent, and high-quality nursing care to patients and their families. This role requires applying nursing theory, research, and evidence-based practices to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a stepdown unit setting. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and patient education are essential to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Licensure & Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) – New York State (in good standing)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA certified
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA certified
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including cardiology, telemetry, or VAD units
