Key Responsibilities:
- House Supervisor- National Care Coordination Command Center
Supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team or unit by monitoring the execution and completion of tactical action items and work assignments. - Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Align team efforts and standards and measures progress in achieving results.
- Supervise hospital functions to support patient care by facilitating team meetings and or management decisions and identifying action items. Ensure safe quality and standardized care delivery.
- Will initially support GA project.
- Will grow to support Mid Atlantic and Colorado regions.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of acute nursing supervisor experience
- Current GA-RN License
- BLS (American Heart Association)
