Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): Every Other
 
Call Requirements: None. May occasionally be offered call.
 
Years of Experience: 3–5 Preferred
 
Float Requirements: Yes. To med surg/ telemetry.
 
Education & Certifications Required:
Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request):

• BLS & ACLS
• CCRN Preferred but not required
• PACU experience preferred but not required

• BLS
• ACLS
• Vent management
• Central line care
• Medication administration
• Policies and procedures

 
Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 4
• Patient Ratios: 1:2
• Equipment: Hemodynamic Monitoring – Philips (Cardiac, respiratory, temp, ETCO2), Glucometer, Plum Pumps 360, PCA/ Epidural (Sapphire pumps), Kangaroo pumps, Telemetry
• EMR: EPIC

 
Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience:

• ICU/ Critical care
• Assistance with intubation and vent management
• Care coordination
• Management of critically ill/ unstable patients
• Occasional off hours recovery (PACU care)
   

Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3–5 years critical care experience
