Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - LTAC
Location: Dallas, TX 75231
Duration: 3 Months+ (with possible extension)

Shift: Days
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Interview Requirement: virtual interview as required
Local Pay/hr on W2: $55 (Only for candidates living under 50 miles)
Pay Rate/hr: $58.04
Weekly gross for 36 working hours: $2,089.44(all-inclusive)
Weekly stipend/Non-taxable: $1,153.44 (only for candidates living 50 miles away from facility)

Job Summary:
The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and critical thinking skills to ensure safe and effective care delivery. The RN will coordinate and delegate care while maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education. This is an urgent fill opportunity in a fast-paced LTAC environment.
 
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the Nursing Process in compliance with hospital and state guidelines.
• Monitor patients requiring telemetry and advanced respiratory support.
• Coordinate patient care plans and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Supervise and support assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and training.

 
Requirements:

• Active TX RN license.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of RN experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies.
• Knowledge of central lines.
• Ability to maintain a patient ratio of 1:6.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior LTAC experience.
• Wound care experience.
