Location: Temecula, CA 92592
Duration: 3 Months + (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Blended Package - $2900/weekly on W2
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join us in Wildomar, CA & Temecula CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality critical care in a Level II Trauma inpatient setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Unit Details:
- Trauma Level: Level II
- Setting: Inpatient
- Number of Beds: 18
- Patient Population: MICU, SICU, Trauma
- Patient Ratios: 2:1
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient status, interpret data, and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
- Administer medications and manage advanced life-support equipment.
- Accurately document all care and interventions.
- Float as needed
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience.
- Preferred: Experience in MICU, SICU, Trauma, Neuro units.
Required Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NIHSS

- Weekend Requirement: Minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
