Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional who utilizes the Client Nursing Professional Practice Model to coordinate patient care delivery by the healthcare team. Using the nursing process, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care while ensuring safe passage for patients throughout their healthcare journey.
The RN role covers both inpatient and outpatient hospital departments with 24x7 staffing, including procedural areas such as GI Lab, Pain Management, Dialysis, Infusion Centers, and IV Services.
