Hours: 37.5 hours per week | 7.5 hours per day | 5 days per week
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience
Pay Rate: $43/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)

Role Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides supportive and restorative nursing care under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN), physician, or dentist. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care through medication administration, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting patients’ physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited educational program for LPN licensure.
• Successful completion of New York State Department of Health LPN IV Therapy Initial Program.
• Annual completion of unit based IV therapy procedure review and update.

Licenses & Certifications

• LPN License – Issued by New York State Department of Health
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
