Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Days, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | 7.5 hours per day | 5 days per week
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience
Pay Rate: $43/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides supportive and restorative nursing care under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN), physician, or dentist. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care through medication administration, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting patients’ physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited educational program for LPN licensure.
- Successful completion of New York State Department of Health LPN IV Therapy Initial Program.
- Annual completion of unit based IV therapy procedure review and update.
- LPN License – Issued by New York State Department of Health
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Competence in routine nursing tasks and medication administration.
- Proficiency in IV therapy and specimen handling.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills.
- Ability to provide emotional and rehabilitative support.
- Team collaboration and adherence to patient safety protocols.
