Duration: 3 +Months (Possibility of extension)

Shift Time: Day Shift & Night Shift | 3 shifts/week | Every other weekend & holidays required
Local Pay Range: $73.00/hr - $77.00/hr on W2 (Varies on location)
Travel Pay Range: $3,200.30/week - $3,400.24/week (blended rate + stipend) (Varies on location)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) teams across California. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality critical care to patients requiring constant monitoring and complex interventions in a fast-paced ICU environment.
 
Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Monitor patient status continuously, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other critical indicators.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments according to hospital protocols and physician orders.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatment options, and post-discharge instructions.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care, ensuring patient safety and infection control.
• Participate in shift handovers, team meetings, and continuous professional development.

 
Required Certifications & Licence:

• Minimum 1 year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience.
• Active RN State License (CA)
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
