Job Title: LVN / LPN – Women’s Health (OB/GYN)
Location: Duluth, GA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled LVN/LPN to support the Women’s Health (OB/GYN) department in an ambulatory clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in routine gynecological care, patient education, and assisting providers with specialized procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians/providers during OB/GYN examinations and procedures
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and medical history documentation
- Support annual gynecological exams, including Pap smears
- Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and sterilization processes
- Provide patient education on women’s health, procedures, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with clinic operations
Procedural Support
- Assist with:
- Colposcopy procedures
- LEEP (Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure)
- Endometrial biopsies
- Other minor in-office gynecologic procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN/LPN license (State of Georgia)
- Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience, preferably in OB/GYN or women’s health
- Experience in ambulatory/clinic setting
- Strong knowledge of OB/GYN workflows and procedures
