Location: Murrieta, CA 92562
Contract Duration: 3 Months+ (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift: Nights – 12HR (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Travel Pay Rate: $3,104.70/Weekly

Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients in a high-volume setting (approx. 180 births/month).
- Perform patient assessments according to hospital and unit policies, including physical, psychological, and social evaluations.
- Develop individualized plans of care, incorporating patient and family input along with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Circulate and recover patients; scrubbing experience is highly desired.
- Initiate discharge planning upon admission and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
- Conduct patient and family education tailored to age, learning needs, and readiness to learn.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse License (CA)
- Certifications: AWHONN, BLS, ACLS, NRP (all required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience
- Skills: Must circulate and recover; scrubbing experience preferred
