Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry
Location: Pompton Plains, NJ 07444
Duration: 12 months+ contract (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift: 7 pm to 7 am (12 hours shift) Weekends and holidays as needed.
Note: Must be willing to commit up to 3 shifts per week. Hours are not guaranteed.
Pay rate: $54/hr. on W2
Note: Stipend is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Duties:
- This equipment tracks patients' cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other indicators that allow nurses to identify changes and intervene quickly during critical events.
- Patient Assessment. In a telemetry course, you will learn how to assess patients using various medical devices.
- Contributes to the perioperative team by assuming responsibility and accountability for directing patient care by prioritizing the care of patient’s depending on their needs and any changes in their condition.
- Assumes primary responsibility for documenting components of the nursing process and patient’s progress toward meeting outcomes in the patient’s chart including patient education.
Certifications & Licenses:
- RN - NJ State license or multistate license.
- BLS – AHA
- Dysrhythmia certification required
