- Local: $60/hr (W2)
- Travel: $2,617.88/week (Includes $1,217.88 weekly stipends)
Job Description:
- The RN Risk Management professional is responsible for supporting clinical quality, patient safety, and operational risk initiatives. The role includes investigating incidents, conducting risk assessments, identifying trends, and developing corrective action plans to reduce liability and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborates with leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies. Participates in root cause analysis (RCA), performance improvement projects, and risk mitigation strategies across Vallejo medical facilities.
Requirements:
- Active California RN License
- BLS Certification
- 2 Professional References
- Risk Management/Quality/Patient Safety experience preferred
