Location: Marble Falls, TX
Schedule: 7p–7a | NOC Shift
On-Call: Possible
Float/Weekends: May float to other units; weekend shifts required
Interview: 1 phone interview

Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU; EPIC experience preferred

Patient Ratios: 2:1 (ICU), 3:1 (Intermediate Care)

Job Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care using the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN ensures safe and seamless patient transitions, collaborates with the healthcare team, practices evidence-based care, and upholds patient advocacy, cultural sensitivity, and professional standards. Responsibilities include clinical judgment, critical thinking, patient/family education, care coordination, adherence to the Texas Nursing Practice Act, and maintaining a therapeutic and safe environment.
