Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient
Location: Duluth, GA 30096
Contract Length: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Shift: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient in Cardiology Department /Emergency Room (ER), and Urgent Care settings. This role supports cardiologists in providing high-quality cardiac care, including stress testing, EKG monitoring, and patient assessment in a clinical setting.
This is a daytime outpatient position in a structured, professional environment.
Job Duties:
- Apply and monitor 12-lead EKGs
- Cardiac rhythm monitoring and documentation
- Proper lead placement and EKG interpretation basics
- IV insertion and medication administration as needed
- Monitor patients during procedures and identify abnormal findings
- Communicate effectively with physicians and care team
- Provide patient education and ensure safety during testing
Requirements:
- RN state (GA) license required.
- BLS required.
- Experience providing nursing care in Cardiology/ Emergency Room (ER), and Urgent Care settings.
