RN - L&D

• Job Title: RN – Labor & Delivery
• Location: Salinas, CA
• Duration: 13 Weeks (with possible extension)
• Shift: 12hr Night Shifts
• Pay Range: $3200/week - $3700/week

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document accurately.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate, individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Provide, delegate, and supervise nursing care and discharge planning.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care process.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Act as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
• Participate in unit-based committees, in-services, and performance improvement activities.
• Ensure cost-effective use of time, equipment, and supplies.
• Uphold hospital safety standards and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active California RN License
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• NRP Certification – Required
• Epic EMR Experience (6–12 months within the past year)
• Minimum 2 years of recent L&D RN experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
