RN - ICU - NIGHTS
48 hour contract preferred
THIS IS A FLOAT POOL POSITION. Traveler must feel comfortable operating in a variety of adult ICU settings (SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, etc.). When not needed, in ICU level of care, traveler will be used in IMC level of care.
*This position will likely have a lot of weekend shifts (but not every weekend).*

Shift: 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48
Weekend Hours: 75% weekends required
Call Requirements: no
Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience
Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience.
Floating to any IMC at the organization, patient ratios 1:3 in IMC.
Education & Certifications Required:
Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request) : ACLS, NIHSS

Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience,
Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
Type of Patients on Unit: You will float to SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, & CICU. You will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department such as sedated, intubated & pressors but you will not be caring for high complexity patients such as CRRT.
Personality Fit: Candidate must be focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and their drive to excel not only a member of our organization, but also as an individual. Since this is a float pool position the candidate will need to be flexible with assignments and can potentially take multiple different assignments in the same shift if needed.
