- A minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an inpatient psych unit.
- CPI preferred but offered at the facility.
- Active RN license
- BLS – AHA
Job Description:
- Monitoring adherence to non-medicinal treatment regimens.
- Removing potentially harmful and triggering environmental features.
- Collaborating on psychiatric intervention plans.
- Gauging patients' psychiatric states.
- Conducting targeted psychoeducation, particularly within families.
