Duration: 3 +Months (Possibility of extension)

Shift Time: Night Shift| 36hr/3 Shift week | Every other weekend & holidays required
Local Pay Range: $65.00/hr on W2

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to provide high-quality, rapid-response care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The role requires strong clinical judgment, quick decision-making, and the ability to effectively assess and prioritize patient needs.
 
Responsibilities Include:

• Provide specialized emergency nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Perform rapid assessment, triage, and prioritization of patient needs.
• Manage a wide range of trauma and high-acuity emergency situations.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Float within the department as required (Adult ED, Pediatric ED, IMC).

 
Required Certifications & Licence:

• Minimum 2+ years of recent Pediatric ED experience.
• Active NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• TNCC Certification
• NIHSS Certification
